Feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to? I offer a compassionate, person-centred approach, incorporating Art Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic experiencing to meet you where you are in ways that feel meaningful and effective.
I work with adults navigating grief, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, and more. I offer in-person sessions in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and online sessions across Canada (excluding Quebec).

Group Therapy

Drop-in groups offer a relaxed, supportive space where you can explore your creativity and find emotional connection and support in a group setting. Each session focuses on a specific theme, offering gentle invitations and guidance, while allowing you the flexibility to use the time in a way that best supports your needs.

Fall is here, and change is in the air! As the Earth around us shifts and prepares for winter, many of us may feel the pull of transformation in our own lives. Change, whether big or small, can bring excitement and possibility. But even the best changes can still bring up uncertainty, fear, and old wounds.
In this supportive group space, we’ll use creativity and connection to:
Explore how you feel about the changes in your life right now
Discover ways to support yourself (and each other) through transition
Clarify what you are moving toward as you step into a new chapter
No art experience is needed, just curiosity and openness to the process. Together, we’ll welcome the season of change with compassion, creativity, and intention.
